It took me a while to realize that I wasn’t getting enough/sufficient traffic to the Online Finance Education portal I run through Bing. While Google organic search was generating about 70% of my overall traffic, it was also responsible for about 99% of my search engine generated traffic. A quick look showed that while my total indexed pages on Google were reasonable, only a small fraction had made it to Bing. Hence Bing Webmaster Tools. Give it a swing. Registration is simple – all you need is your windows live id. Authentication is an upload of an xml file and you are on your way to being indexed and crawled.
